The mission of the Robotics and Internet of Things Lab (RIOTU LAB) is to develop innovative solutions for mobile robots, unmanned aerial systems, and sensor networks applications. Building the team that supports in reaching the lab goals is a critical matter, following are the positins that are offered by RIOTU Lab for the candidates who believe they have strong technical skills and are eager to address scientific challenges and problems, and are very dynamic.

Postdoc Researcher

Robotics & Internet-of-Things lab at Prince Sultan University offers Postdoc positions for outstanding fresh PhD holders, in five main areas: Internet-of-Things, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Deep Learning, Self-Driving & Smart Vehicles, and Cyber-Physical Systems. The candidate must demonstrate to have strong technical skills and to be eager to address scientific challenges and problems, and to be very dynamic. The candidate must have sufficient background to work on any project in the above research interest and must demonstrate some previous experience with the related topics.

PhD/Master Internship

Robotics & Internet of Things Lab at Prince Sultan University offers internships for outstanding Master & PhD students interns, for a duration of one to six months, to work on Robotics, IoT and Deep Learning Projects. The Robotics & Internet of Things Lab addresses multi-disciplinary research areas, but we particularly consider the following research priorities and interests, which include: Mobile Robots, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Internet-of-Things , and Deep Learning & Data Science.

MCS Scholarships for International Students

Robotics & Internet of Things Lab and the College of Computer & Information Sciences at Prince Sultan University offers PSU scholarships for 10 international students in the Cybersecurity Master Program. The Robotics & Internet of Things Lab works a broad areas of research. In the context of the scholarships for the Cybersecurity Master Program, we are interested in the following areas: Development of Anti-Drone Systems, Security of Unmanned Systems, Security of Machine Learning Models, Deep Learning Model of Cybersecurity Threats, Security of the Internet-of-Things and Security of Smart Transportation Systems.
